Individual consultations and transition planning with employees in transition

Individual consultations involve evaluating assessed skills and values, needs, interests and passions related to future possible employment. Assessment results will be utilized as tools for clarifying career options and developing alternatives.

Transition planning will include coaching and guiding the development and implementation of individual plans. Plan implementation will include job search, resume writing, tailoring resumes to a specific career or job goal, networking and interview preparation and coaching, and developing a personalized marketing plan.

The client sets the agenda for the session according to their perceived need with suggestions for additions as appropriate. Sessions are geared to assisting individuals with their personal job or career change needs and may include coaching regarding concerns which may impact the success of their job or career transition.

Support Groups

Facilitate small groups to provide support and information for employees in transition. These are excellent opportunities for idea-sharing amongst participants, providing networking connections, tips and resources. Session can be conducted at the convenience of the participants at training facilities or at my office.
