I opened my career planning
and employment consulting practice in 1989 in Olympia after a successful career
in individual career counseling and training in both education and non-profits.
It was my privilege to be selected as a member of the team that
developed the award winning Washington State Career Transition Center where I provided
training and individual consultation for state employees in transition for over
10 years. I have presented hundreds of seminars in career change and career development, hiring, and strengths assessment for employers and employees. I have a BS
in Education from the State University of New York as well as graduate coursework in human resource management. I have extensive training
in career planning, change management, transitions and stress management. I am a Certified Job and
